In ERMS Online, delegated non-clinical users can submit referrals on behalf of their Referrer within the facility that they have logged in to.
When creating a referral, the referrer can be selected in the ‘Referrer Section’ by using the ‘Drop Down Arrow’ highlighted in the diagram below.
The ‘Referrer ‘Drop Down Arrow’ will only display people linked as ‘Users of the Facility’ and who are registered with a valid registration body or HPI-CPN.
The ‘Referrer’ and the person who submitted the referral are both saved separately on the ‘Referral History’.
